Is the Xerox CWAA0793 Transfer Belt Assembly compatible with all Xerox printers?

No, it is compatible only with Fuji Xerox DocuCentre IV C2260, C2263, and C2265 models. Always verify your printer model before purchase.

How do I know when the transfer belt needs to be replaced?

Common signs include streaks, color misalignment, or your printer may show a warning message. Performance typically declines after 100,000 pages.

Can I install the CWAA0793 ITB Unit myself?

Yes! The unit is user-installable and comes with manufacturer guidance. No tools or technical experience required.

Is this a genuine Fuji Xerox product?

Absolutely. This is a 100% genuine OEM product, ensuring compatibility and performance that third-party alternatives may not provide.

What happens if I use a non-genuine ITB unit?

Non-OEM units may lead to poor print quality, increased wear on other parts, and could void your printer warranty.

Does this part affect the print color or resolution?

Yes, the transfer belt plays a major role in how colors are blended and transferred. A worn belt can cause faded images or inaccurate color rendering.

How do I extend the lifespan of my ITB unit?

Use genuine supplies, perform routine maintenance, and keep the printer clean and dust-free.

If you print often, keeping a spare Fuji Xerox CWAA0793 IBT Belt on hand saves downtime when the current one runs low.

Good to know

How long does the belt last?
Approximately 100,000 pages. That long life suits busy shared office printers and keeps replacement intervals well spaced.

Can I install it myself?
Yes, the unit is user-installable and does not need a technician. Because the belt is colour-neutral, one unit serves all four toner colours.

How to fit the Fuji Xerox CWAA0793 IBT Belt

Turn the printer off and open the cover that gives access to the transfer belt.
Remove the old transfer belt, following the arrows or levers marked on the part.
Unpack the new transfer belt, remove any protective covers, and slide it into place until it locks.
Close the cover, turn the printer on and reset the transfer belt counter from the maintenance menu if the printer asks you to.

Storage and handling

Keep the new part in its packaging until you fit it, and store it flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid touching surfaces such as the drum or belt, because fingerprints and scratches can mark your prints.

Delivery, returns and support

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days and sent with tracking to every Australian state for a flat $19.99 delivery fee. Change your mind? Let us know within 30 days of delivery under our returns policy, and faulty items are covered by Australian Consumer Law. Not sure this is the right part for your machine?
